Kay has been a recruitment specialist for many years and is so committed to what she does, that she has passed many courses similar to the people we place, such as NVQ’s, asbestos removal refresher, office and management courses – and is soon to jump on her advanced managers course. This allows Kay to identify and understand the industry and never to be one with ‘wool over her eyes’. Kay joined J & L Recruitment from the start as a consultant and has bought her experience and skills and used them to identify the quality of candidates we place. Kay takes great pleasure speaking with clients, and identifying their needs, which in turn gives her great satisfaction of knowing the client will be pleased with the candidates. Kay has often been known to work through the night to ensure clients are not let down.
